The goal is to leave with a plan that feels practical, motivating, and easier to stick to.

I do this for my mentees who are currently on the longer-term plans as well, as this is a common request. For instance, you might wonder, "What does it take to pass the OSCP?"
What I do for study plans is two-fold: one, I put together an approach you could take to achieve your desired outcomes (e.g. a certification, or a job), and two, on other check-ins, monitor progress on the study plans, which is available with a regular plan.
