Hi, I’m Emily - a Principal UX Researcher, independent consultant and transformative coach with over 10 years’ experience in tech.
I’ve worked with companies including Bumble, Arrival, Puma, Deliveroo and Symphony. I co-run MUNCH, where I help product/design teams better understand their users & make clearer, evidence-led decisions.
I mentor UX researchers at all stages - whether you’re trying to break into the field, grow into a more senior or strategic role, or work out what’s next. I can support you with:
