A hands-on startup entrepreneur with two successful exits, I help ideas become a reality and scale into international businesses. I have worked with large international corporations like Nestle, Danone, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, Oracle, and others, as well as with small one-founder startups that I helped become big. In my last gig, just before I moved back to Sydney, I mentored 17 deep tech startups at Helsinki University. Previously, I was the CTO of various B2B SaaS startups in Sydney, working in the event space, fintech, and outdoor advertising—all of which deployed AI and sophisticated technologies.

**My startup exits:**
- 1999: Multi-language search engine developed before Google, sold to Netvision.
- 2002: B2C voucher system sold for more than $10M to a large known European retailer.
- 2005: Peer-to-peer e-commerce system that emulated blockchain transactions before blockchain.
- 2020: I sold iBronto Australia, a web and app development shop, to an Australian actor.
- 2021: I sold "Offix New Zealand" - a shared space company in Wellington, NZ.

My main interests are in AI and SaaS, particularly in Edu-Tech, Sustainability & green tech, mental health startups, property tech, image processing/face recognition, and IoT.
