I’m a dynamic operations and engineering leader with 8+ years of experience at Amazon, leading high-impact projects and cross-functional teams across EMEA and APAC. Currently, I head a team of 10+ engineers as Senior Manager of Operations Engineering – EMEA, focusing on Brownfield projects that drive throughput and productivity. I also oversee major strategic initiatives, including a $500MM UK capacity expansion and a $50MM/year IXD portfolio, while recently expanding my scope to include Australia.

Previously, I led large operations teams of 1,200+ people, delivered top-tier performance across three peak seasons, and drove over $1MM in annual cost savings. I’ve promoted and mentored 15+ professionals and take pride in developing talent and supporting career growth.
