Across my career I have mentored and trained over 20 individuals, helping them move from executional roles into strategic leadership positions. I have done this through a combination of one-to-one coaching and structured skills-based training, both of which I bring to my approach as a mentor. My past mentees have gone on to hold senior strategic positions in brands such as ASOS and Boots, and director/head of department roles at a number of leading agencies.

Recognised for both disruption and innovation, I’ve built and led strategy teams at two award-winning agencies, developed future leaders, and driven business growth for high-profile clients. I specialise in delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns for major global brands, such as Diageo, Bank of New York and Legal & General. Most recently, I led BYD’s launch into five major European markets, culminating in their sponsorship of the UEFA Euros 2024, putting them on track to overtake Tesla in global sales for the second time in 12 months.

I am a member of The APG's Working Group on AI and The Media Leader’s Future 100 Club, and recently completed an MSc in Media & Communications Governance at the London School of Economics.
