I had great teachers and coaches in my life and I have always gravitated to positions that enabled me to mentor or coach people: I've coached many engineers and tech leads in my career and spent 10 years working as teaching assistant in University.
Currently I work as engineering director for LatAm, Middle East and Africa at Wise. One of my main tasks is to build teams where engineers can grow while solving complex customer's problems.
