I’ve spent more than a decade building and leading operations, supply chain, and transformation programs across Amazon, Amplifon, and HelloFresh. I know what it takes to progress inside large companies—and what senior leaders and hiring managers look for when the stakes are high.

During almost eight years at Amazon, I worked across operations, business development, program management, and strategy. I led teams and large-scale European programs, including supply chain launches with €250M+ budgets, logistics outsourcing projects generating approximately €20M in savings, and a last-mile program that helped launch 40+ delivery businesses in four months.

I later worked on global supply chain transformation at Amplifon and became Head of Operations Italy at HelloFresh, leading across logistics, procurement, production, people, and P&L.

I’ve also been on both sides of the hiring table. As an Amazon Hiring Manager, I conducted 150+ interviews and have coached 300+ professionals internationally since 2021—from early-career candidates to experienced managers pursuing senior roles.
