Over 25 years in IT, I've done a little bit of everything. Built and led engineering teams, ran operations for platforms serving hundreds of millions of users, stood up cloud and DevOps practices from scratch, and most recently I've been leading AI and modernization work at the Director level. I've worked across industries and I've made plenty of mistakes along the way. That combination is what I bring to mentoring.
