What mentees say

5 out of 5 stars

Han is a great mentor! I booked a session to prep for a Product Sense interview (AI PM, Figma Make), and Han ran a realistic, high-signal mock that felt like the real thing. He stepped into the “product leader” role and asked targeted questions about roadmap, team structure, and north-star thinking, then pushed me to go deeper on accessibility, design systems, and how to defend against competitors like Framer and AI builders (Lovable, Cursor, etc.). What I loved about the collaboration: Han didn’t just nod along—he stress-tested my assumptions, offered concrete product angles (e.g., preserving accessibility from Figma design systems through downstream AI builders), and kept tying strategy back to user value. He also shared his founder's perspective on why certain workflows pull teams out of Figma and where the bar is actually high/low in today’s tools. Most helpful feedback: get to the point faster. He noticed moments I drifted and coached me to pinpoint the exact question, then answer crisply before adding color. That one note alone sharpened my answers immediately. Impact: I left with a tighter interview narrative, stronger POV on accessibility as a differentiator, and a clearer plan for how I’d structure pods and ship toward a two-year vision. The session boosted my confidence and provided me with actionable next steps for both the interview and my product development. If you want a mentor who blends design taste, hands-on product building, and direct, actionable feedback, Han is fantastic. Highly recommend.
