I am former elementary school teacher turned UX Researcher who can relate to anyone making a big career change! In my path to becoming a UX researcher, I have gained expertise in multiple research and analysis methods that help product teams generate impactful enhancements and longterm roadmaps rooted in user needs and pain points.
I use my skills as an educator in many ways, including mentoring and coaching both inside and outside my current company. As a mentor, I focus on understanding your goals and working with you to determine what measurable outcomes you want to see and experience as a result of our time together. By creating outcomes together, we can determine the right learning path for you and achieve it one step at a time!
