Hello there! I'm Heloisa, a Dutch-Brazilian Engineering Manager based in the Netherlands. I've spent almost 20 years in tech, starting as a front-end developer before moving into Engineering Management.
I've worked at companies including Walmart and Booking.com (2017–2025), where growing people became my speciality: all six promotion cases I submitted were approved. I also mentored fellow Engineering Managers and helped individual contributors prepare for a move into management.
