My name is Hughie. I've been in tech for 11 years in a variety of industries and company sizes. After reaching Staff Eng, I realized that my true passion was people and process, and so I moved to the management track.
The things I am most passionate about are career development and progress, hiring practices, increasing diversity in engineering, and software architecture.
I think I'm a good fit for anyone looking to figure out how to make progress toward the next level in their engineering career or who is looking to move into the management track, and well as anyone who is looking to make a bigger impact at their organization or is looking for ways to improve their team/organization.
