My name is Ideja, and I’m the Founder and CEO of Edvance AI, a consultancy focused on the people side of AI adoption. We work with organisations to assess their AI readiness using our FAULT framework and support leaders in turning AI investment into real adoption across teams. My work in this space has been recognised through initiatives such as AI100, where I was named a Top 5 UK AI Innovator, and the Women of the Future Awards, where I was Highly Commended in AI.

I’m also passionate about making AI accessible to non-technical audiences. Alongside my company, I regularly speak and advise on AI strategy, with talks at organisations and forums including the UK House of Lords, AI & Big Data Expo, Salesforce, and TikTok, covering topics such as the future of work, AI literacy, and human capital in the age of AI.

My journey into AI was incredibly non-linear - I originally came from a cell biology background. Because of that, I care deeply about helping people realise they don’t need to be ultra-technical to engage with this space. There truly is a role for everyone in the AI economy!

The systems thinking I learnt in biology is something I now apply to client strategies and workshops. I've worked with clients like PGIM and AlphaReal, and developed frameworks that have been endorsed by governments across Scotland, Finland, and Kosovo.

Mentorship has also always been important to me. I previously founded Based in Science, a nonprofit that mentored more than 700 students into STEM careers and was recognised by the Prime Minister of Kosovo.
