At Google, I helped construct the Knowledge Graph, shaping search relevance across billions of daily queries. At Microsoft, I built the Office Graph (precursor to the Microsoft 365 intelligence layer), wiring personalization into products like Outlook and Excel for global audiences. Later, at British Airways, I led API-first innovation that unlocked over $100M+ in attributable revenue.

But the real shift happened when I moved from infrastructure to impact.

At Permutive, as Head of Product, I led 15+ AI-powered SaaS products that replaced 3rd-party cookies with modeled behavioral and audience intelligence. At Dreamdata, I engineered automated onboarding that scaled activations from 2 → 100 per month. And today, at Croydon Council, I'm leading one of the UK’s most ambitious predictive prevention programs — designing models that score household risk early (Council Tax arrears, DWP signals, Temporary Accommodation patterns), and shaping the product and policy loop around it.
