Isabel is an accomplished female leader in technology with a passion for knowledge sharing and continuous learning. She was born and grew up in Burma (Myanmar) and now calls Sydney, Australia home. She is currently a senior engineering leader at an enterprise software company, Atlassian, in Sydney, Australia, enabling engineering managers to lead high performing teams and have fun while doing so. Depending on her schedule, she is available for executive coaching for technology leaders who are looking to build high-performing teams that deliver meaningful outcome.

She has worked for a few top tier technology and media organisations throughout her career in the past 16 years. She is passionate about leadership, career development, and women in technology and therefore, she is open to speaking and consulting opportunities on those topics.

Outside work, she likes to read, write (sometimes in a programming language) and spend time with her family, especially with her daughter who knows much more about technology than she does.
