Hi, I'm James. I specialise in mentoring practitioners in their journey of stepping up through promotions at all levels and helping seniors move into leadership. Having been a Head of Research and Design, I know what senior and upper management are looking for in all of those cases! I also help with navigating complex projects and problems and supporting people through the toughest pieces of work.
