About
For me, the most exciting part about being an HR/People leader is developing future leaders.
I have over 15 years of HR leadership experience. I am a passionate champion for all things “People” including strategy, analytics, benefits, and the human experience in the workplace. In addition to the impact I try to make within companies internally, I am also active in the HR community through various mentorship programs, acting as an Advisory Board member for HR.com’s research team projects, and speaking on a global stage with HackingHR about the importance of empathy and well-being in the workplace.
In my spare time, I enjoy collecting rare books, making memories with family and friends, and being an advocate and volunteer for underprivileged and underserved communities.
