I have over a decade of experience in product management and growth product management as a leader and individual contributor, having built, hired, and led growth product functions of over 25 people at 2 US unicorns.
Furthermore, I am a coach and trainer, having taught over 500 PMs from organizations including Spotify, Accenture, HelloFresh, and the UK Ministry of Justice.
Prior to being a product manager, I was a Deloitte Digital consultant, with clients including the BBC, ITV, and Diageo.
My experience is a mix of startups, scale-ups, and enterprise, so I pull on experience from all of this. Similarly, I have worked in teams covering B2C, B2B, B2B2C, eCommerce, DTC, web, and app.
I most typically help coachees who are going through role transition. That means they're either new to product management in general, facing a change in scope or responsibility, or have recently been promoted from being an individual contributor to being a manager of PMs, or a manager of managers - CPOs, "Heads of", "Director of" etc.
