Ready to launch, scale, and succeed? Let’s make it happen.

Hi, I’m Jeong 👋, a serial entrepreneur and advisor to aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage founders (pre-Series A). I take a hands-on, 360° approach to mentorship, helping you launch your business, bring your product to market, find product-market fit, and scale effectively.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built and scaled startups from the ground up. I led my most recent venture to raise $10M in funding, grow to 20+ employees, and successfully exit in 2024. I’m a graduate of the Alchemist Accelerator, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and currently a mentor at Antler and YSpace.

As an engineer by training and a product and operations leader by practice, I’ve worn many hats — from being a one-person department to leading cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, and operations. I bring firsthand experience navigating the tactical and strategic challenges founders face at every stage of growth.

I also have deep expertise in Web3 and FinTech, having built and sold a startup in the space and currently building my next venture. If you’re navigating these markets, I can help you avoid common pitfalls and move faster.

Whether you’re figuring out where to start, bringing your idea to life, finding your first customers, scaling to product-market fit, fundraising, or building your early team, I’ll work with you to turn your vision into real, scalable momentum.

Looking forward to connecting and helping you build something great! 🚀

Working with Jeong has been a fantastic experience. As an experienced founder but the only product person in my company, I was looking for someone with a strong product and startup background to help me talk through ideas and challenges. Our conversations have been really helpful—he consistently brings fresh perspectives and asks insightful questions. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and supportive mentor.
