Hi, I'm Jeong 👋. I help early-stage founders launch their startups and find their first real customers. These days I work with startups as a fractional growth hire, running the early-stage playbook to bring your product to market and scale what works. Over the past 10+ years I've built startups from the ground up, and led my most recent venture to raise $10M, grow past 20 people, and exit in 2024. I'm an Alchemist Accelerator graduate, a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, and a mentor at Antler and YSpace.
As an engineer by training and a product and operations leader by practice, I've tackled everything from building the first MVP to landing early customers to navigating product-market fit, so I bring firsthand experience with the tactical and strategic challenges at every stage.
Beyond growth, I mentor across the full early-stage picture: launching, product-market fit, fundraising, and early team building. I also have deep expertise in Web3 and FinTech, where I built my last two startups.
