I’ve spent 12 years building software the old fashioned way, mostly as a frontend engineer, with a bunch of full-stack web development experience mixed in. Before transitioning into coaching and fractional CTO work, I led frontend development for Amazon Health’s One Medical team.

I worked with Joey for about two months before landing my offer. Before our sessions, I had very low self-esteem after failing multiple technical interviews and had lost the motivation to keep applying.
