I’m Jonathan and I love to push business boundaries of what is possible.

As a Sales and Enablement Executive with 15+ years of experience, I develop, deliver, and implement enablement programs for global organizations, Fortune 500 clients, and startups. I have an established history of helping companies double their revenue through sales team transformation and the creation of enablement structures. This year, I was recognized in SEC’s 2023 Enablement Ones to Watch report.

I have an eclectic background that can be summed up with my passion for leadership and organizational development, sales training and enablement, and managing operations to success.

I’ve done a little bit of everything from working with FranklinCovey’s elite Global 50 team (Driving revenue from $0 to $2 million in the first 18 months) to working at PW Companies as the Director of International Sales and Training/Enablement.

I was recruited over to LVT (Liveview Technologies) and enjoyed a year and a half as the Head of Revenue Enablement where I helped the team double revenue in half the time by overhauling the onboarding process and creating the enablement structure for the first time in company history. I also onboarded, trained, and implemented coaching for the CSM, BDR, and Implementation teams.

Most recently, I built Eltrophy’s first enablement function in company history, including the overhaul of the revenue team (CSM, Sales, Solution Engineers, and BDR employees).
