How does the pricing work?
Every plan has a per-seat fee of $9/mo for each active (non-paused) mentorship. Pay as you go charges seat fees from your wallet balance – you only pay for seats that are actively being coached. The Coaching Package ($360/mo/seat) includes the seat fee in the price, plus coaching credits auto-added to your wallet. Enterprise offers custom pricing. All plans include access to 6,000+ vetted mentors, a Team Hub, and dedicated support.
What's included in the Team Hub?
The Team Hub includes comprehensive team management features: member management, team coaching and mentorship progress tracking, budget controls, consolidated billing, and detailed analytics. You'll also get a dedicated customer success manager to help you set up and optimize your team coaching program. Plus, you get access to our exclusive pool of enterprise-ready mentors and coaches.
What's the difference between plans?
Pay as you go charges a $9/mo per-seat fee for each active mentorship, deducted from your wallet balance – paused mentorships aren't charged. The Coaching Package ($360/seat/mo) bundles the seat fee with coaching credits that auto-top your wallet (unused credits roll over for 1 year), plus advanced integrations and reporting.
