About
I’m a Staff Software Engineer at Yelp, but my path here wasn’t traditional. Before transitioning into tech through a coding bootcamp, I spent over a decade as a headhunter — including founding and successfully exiting my own recruitment firm. That experience gave me a deep understanding of hiring, career transitions, and what companies really look for in candidates.
Today, I combine both perspectives: as someone who’s broken into tech from another field, and as someone who’s sat on both sides of the hiring table. I mentor individuals navigating career changes, leveling up in their current roles, preparing for interviews, or stepping confidently into new opportunities.
I’m especially passionate about helping career changers, engineers aiming for growth, and professionals looking to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
