I came to Josef with the challenge of seeing how my many passion-led projects could add up to more than the sum of the parts. He was particularly supportive in helping me to articulate a broader mission, and to consider what this might mean in practice, from micro-experiments to potential structures for building a broader community or movement around it. Josef has many qualities, not least his genuine enthusiasm and encouragement, and his capacity for sensing and reflecting deeper insight and potential. Personally, I would have appreciated a more responsive and interactive approach in between sessions (reflections, prompts, tasks, accountability frameworks etc.), but overall greatly valued his input.
