I help early career professionals in the US and UK land their first role in data science, analytics, AI, consulting, or project delivery, and I help career switchers move into data and AI with a credible, evidence led story.
I am a leadership and career coach and a former Managing Director of a data and AI consultancy. I have 20 years across industry and consulting, including Procter and Gamble and IBM. I am known for getting things done under pressure, listening properly, and turning messy situations into a clear plan. I have led in male heavy environments and understand what it takes to stay calm, confident, and effective when the stakes are high.
