I am Jo, a leadership and career coach and former Managing Director of a data and AI consultancy. I have spent 20 years across industry and consulting, including Procter and Gamble and IBM, helping people and organisations perform under pressure, make good decisions, and build careers that last.
Mentoring has been my favourite part of every role. I especially enjoy helping people build an early pathway into work and consulting, whether that is landing the first role, making a strong move into data and AI, or stepping up into project delivery and leadership.
