Katarina is unlike anyone I’ve worked with. During one of the toughest job-hunting phases of my life, she became my anchor... humble, sharp, and fully hands-on. She broadened my perspective, and restored confidence in my craft. What I appreciated most was her depth. She goes into the nitty-gritty with you... no shortcuts, no surface-level advise. Every issue I brought to her, she unpacked until nothing was left unclear. With her, you feel like you have a cheat code: a wise but grounded friend who nudges you towards the right path without ever being forceful. She won’t know this until she reads it, but she taught me humility... the kind that comes from realising your way isn’t always the only way.
