I specialize in security operations, threat detection and response. Currently, heavily in secure supply chain delivery through CI/CD for AI/ML data transformation project.

I have 18 years post-graduate experience, over 20 engagements across Federal (Civil, Intel, Large Commercial Banking).
I ran my own technical hands-on workshops (FreshTech Fridays) and helped build training course work for a Cyber Security Training Firm as a consultant. Currently, I mentor for Springboard and MentorCruise, and run a full career in my day-to-day security role.

Kersley was instrumental in getting me through a career crisis when I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life and was in a job I hated. We talked extensively about what I wanted in my career in terms of enjoyment, salary, and attainability (in regards to my resume/skill set). He explained what the cyber security roles would entail on a day to day basis and even showed me visually what the work looks like through his equipment. There were also discussions of the qualifications needed to get to some of these roles and the room for growth available for them. Despite all of the experience he has, he talked to me like I was an equal and I felt heard in the way I needed and he always left our calls in a good place even if he needed to lengthen the meeting. He truly advised me on the best route to take based on everything I wanted in a career.
