As the Singapore General Manager for HP Enterprise Services, I led a business unit with over 1,200 employees. Leading and inspiring so many employees sparked his interest in talent and leadership development as a path to ensuring successful business execution and meaningful personal & career development. I am a Chartered Accountant, a member of CPA Australia, a Professional member of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (MSHRI) and a Mentor Coach and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
