About

I started my career at 19 as a Mainframe Automation Engineer, and over the past 15 years I've made more than a few career pivots — from individual engineer to engineering manager, from infrastructure and ops automation to product development, and most recently from cybersecurity to AI.

I spent 6+ years at Barclays, working my way up to Assistant Vice President and Global Head of Mainframe Automation, running production banking systems with teams spread across the UK, Lithuania, and India. From there I went to HCL Technologies as Senior Manager, leading a big infrastructure transition and taking on regional leadership for mainframe infra. At AmerisourceBergen(Cencora), I built an automation team from scratch and got "automation as a service" adopted across the whole IT org — that's also where my infra and ops automation chapter wrapped up.

Then came Nord Security (NordVPN, NordPass), my first real jump into product — I built an enterprise engineering team from zero, hiring, structuring the team, setting the culture, while shipping cryptography features under a strict zero-knowledge model for some of the company's biggest, most security-sensitive clients.

These days I'm a Senior Engineering Manager at Nexos.ai, where I made the leap from cybersecurity into AI — leading the team behind the frontend, backend, and AI features powering the company's real-time workspace, turning things like agents, Deep Research, smart routing and AI orchestration in general into a product people can safely and easily use.

I've also mentored through Women Go Tech, and I spend my free time doing tactical training with the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union — turns out staying calm and making fast calls under pressure is useful whether you're on a training field or leading a team through a rough sprint.

If you work with me, you're getting someone who's actually navigated multiple career reinventions, built teams from scratch, survived massive technical transitions, and dealt with the unglamorous, messy parts of scaling an engineering org — not just the highlight reel.
