I've worked at Facebook/Meta as an Engineering Director, Microsoft as a Principal Eng Manager and currently Senior Director of Engineering at Databricks. I have also built my own startup, raised ~10 million dollars in funding which failed within 2 years (with lots of lessons along the way :) ). I have been in Trust and Safety for the past few years and an AI/ML guy by training. I have built large and small organization working on challenging problems anywhere between 10-100+ people.
I love meeting new people - whether it is mentoring engineers (or any other technical functions) or learning from them. I have had my fair share of ups and downs and can help with suggestions on any situation you are currently facing. My strength is in leadership coaching and mentoring, solving organizational and inter-personal situations.
There is usually never one formula to solve any problem, but I would like to use our time to brainstorm on ideas on anything you are trying to solve/navigate. In the process, I hope to learn from you too.
