I am an Engineering Executive with over 30 years of experience in delivering high-quality Enterprise Products; building, and scaling high-performing R&D teams across companies like HPE, Netapp, Delphix and HP. I started my career in India as a rocket scientist at the Indian Space Research Organization. After many years as an architect, I moved into Project Management. I grew to Vice President of Engineering, leading organizations building Data Storage products, Data Management and Virtualization applications, etc.
In every role, I built the reputation of a bold, effective transformational leader, enabling change, across Engineering functions, to scale and elevate the outcome, productivity, and effectiveness of the organization. I have won several awards in these companies for leadership affecting cultural, behavioral, and systemic changes. I coach, mentor, and sponsor managers and leaders as I am passionate about growing my team members and helping them meet their potential.

I have found that sharing stories of my own experiences can help others. We are all human and understanding ourselves and our core values and living by that helps us overcome the barriers that hold us back.

I am passionate about empowering and supporting women. I am on the Board of Directors of ‘the CLUB - Connect Lead Unite Build’; an incubator for women leaders and a founding member of Shakti, a community for women to rise together, support, and create leaders. I mentor South Asian women in the US and MBA Students at CalState East Bay. I counsel cancer patients and their families. I am the President of Vanitha Charity Organization, an Indian American association of women working on providing help for underprivileged women and children and education for all.

I am committed to DEI, leading the Diversity and Inclusion Council alongside the CEO and his staff at Delphix and sponsoring the Women’s ERG, being an ally to LGBTQ and Black colleagues

I am a graduate of Berkeley and College of Engineering, Trivandrum. I live in the Bay Area, CA with my husband. I am the proud mother of two daughters who teach me a lot about empathy and inclusion.
