About
I'm Marian Kamenistak, founder of the Engineering Leaders Community: 3,300+ engineering and product leaders across Central Europe. Before that I was VP of Engineering at Mews, where I scaled the org from 8 to 80 teams through Series C. I spent 3+ years in the Bay Area as Principal Software Architect at Databricks and was an advisor at Manta (acquired by IBM).
