About

Hi there,
I'm Pawit, a Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead (L6) at Amazon, with 8+ years building large-scale distributed systems on AWS. I joined Amazon straight out of grad school as an SDE and worked my way up to SDE3.

Most of my time is spent on backend systems that run at serious scale - hundreds of thousands of requests per second, hundreds of millions of events an hour — where reliability and latency aren't optional. Over the last year I've also been building multi-agent GenAI systems on AWS Bedrock, so I'm hands-on with how agentic AI actually holds up in production, not just how it looks in a demo. I've also led and grown engineering teams, so I've sat on both sides of the senior-to-staff conversation — as the person trying to get there, and later as the person evaluating whether someone else was ready.

Here's how I can help you:

System design mock interviews with real production-style trade-offs, not textbook answers
FAANG interview prep — coding, system design, and behavioral rounds
Guidance on growing into senior and staff engineering roles — scope, ownership, and what actually gets you promoted
Backend engineering and distributed systems design reviews
Modern AWS and AI/agentic systems — Bedrock, LLM agents, RAG
Career strategy for engineers trying to break into or grow within Big Tech

Disclaimer: Please don't ask for referrals or any confidential/internal information — happy to help with everything else.
If you're working on system design, prepping for interviews, or trying to figure out your path to senior/staff, I'd be glad to help you get there faster.

Pawit
