Marie is an incredible mentor. I saught mentorship to improve my manual testing and test automation skills so I could get my foot into testing as a Junior. We started of by getting a concrete idea of what it is we wanted to achieve then I got the opurtunity to do assignment and give my results back to her. We also did interviws both techincal and non technical. What I really liked about the experience was that each one took me out of my comfort zone and gaive me the chance to make improvements in my work. The mentorship made me more aware of the impact that my work as a tester has within teams and also how I can make simple adjustments to improve my work. Thanks Marie

Had a few months of sessions with Marie, and can only recommend her. On the first session, we quickly found a common language, and that made our communication easy and efficient - scheduling following sessions, and the topics which we were going to discuss, as well as action points were agreed together. I mostly asked questions where I was seeking feedback, and what helped me the most was that she listened and provided insights from angles that I didn't notice before. Helped me move to the next step with all my projects and issues I had.
