My journey has shaped who I am. Growing up on a council estate with very little taught me resilience, determination, and the value of opportunity. Those experiences continue to influence my leadership style today—I believe everyone deserves to be heard, respected, and given the chance to excel.
I'm proud of how far I've come, but what matters most to me is helping others achieve more than they thought possible. I aim to be the person people enjoy working with, trust to tell them the truth, and rely on to deliver results when it matters most.
