Hi everyone! My name is Maurizio. I'm currently leading the CDN teams at Cloudflare. In short, my teams maintain the core systems that keep over 20% of the Internet running. Before that, I worked in two startups, moving them from ten employees to hundreds before acquisition.
I'm a no-bullshit leader. I will help you understand what motivates you and how to bring the best of yourself to work.
