About

⩤ ⴰⵎⵢⴰ Who are you? ⩥
~𐦊𐦊𐦊𐦊𐦊𐦊𐦊~
Software Engineer and architect with web3 experience, open source software and decentralized stacks. Having a widespread background of cross domains hands on technical experience and skills sets. Web application development, performance analysis and optimisations, system design and architecture, with a strong handle of cybersecurity and the software development life cycle. A slight obsession for Agile and iterative development, with a passion for good UX and achieving fast incremental deliveries.

able to save the day, a project, an organisation having troubles. Or, and not quite simply, but surely help you get to the next levels up, or transitioning into tech altogether.

I have a Bachelor with Honours from Edinburgh Napier University, then spent over 15y building software. I also enjoy contributing to various open-source initiatives, for both personal growth and to contribute to the wide open sharing of knowledge and technology.

It isn't always trivial for me to figure out the difference between having to make things right vs staying pragmatic and get things done fast, but if explained nicely, I do get it.

why not just Edinburgh Uni? I visited the other two Universities in town, one had a super cool computer lab, that was Napier. I didn't care about the lab myself, i tinkered at home. but i thought, the uni that has the coolest lab surely has the best teachers. i was right. best teachers were there.

thank you ⵙⵎⵎⵓⵙ (smusz)

If signs are too cryptic, they belong to a dialect of a language, still in use, but ancient. Enough to learn how to count from ⵉⵎⵢⴰⵜⵏ (amiat'-n) to ⵙⵎⵎⵓⵙⵜ (smusz't) as fem/masc form of numbered fingers in your hand, starting from nothing. It is not Vietnamese, although ⵜⴰⵎ sounds almost the same as eight in tieng viet. I would throw ⵚⴹⵉⵚ more. I've entered ⵚⴹⵉⵚ (sdis) numbers, in two genres, can count to ⵙⵉⵏ ⴷ ⵎⵔⴰⵡ with one hand and ⵎⵢⴰⵜⵏ memory!

Mehdi is absolutely great, he's not only one of the best mentors I've ever had, but I also consider him a friend, after just a couple months of cooperation. I wanted to start my journey with frontend with absolutely nothing, 0 web dev experience. Mehdi guided me step-by-step, I gained confidence with fundamentals and managed to start exploring different ideas on my own. To my own surprise I've managed to create a number of things myself after we concluded the mentorship. He's absolutely fantastic, highly recommend!
