About

I was relocated from Buenos Aires to New York by Meta. That one move changed the trajectory of my career, and it taught me something I now spend a lot of time explaining: the gap between LATAM talent and global roles is almost never about ability. It's about how your work gets read.

I spent 7 years at Meta in Sales Operations & Strategy, across Buenos Aires and New York. From there I went to Rappi as Global Operations Head and Global Marketing Head — a 500+ person org, owning P&L and unit economics, and cutting costs 15% in low-value segments. At WithDouble, a Series A startup in NYC, I took client onboarding from 3 days to 1 and lifted LTV over 10%. Today I'm COO at Eureka Latam, where I built a new revenue stream that generated $200K in its first six months, and put in the company's first performance review process.

WHO I WORK WITH

Operators in LATAM — Operations, BizOps, RevOps, Strategy — who are doing senior-level work and not being seen for it outside their own market. Usually one of three moments:

You want to work for a global company, from here or from there. I know what they actually screen for, how the relocation conversation really goes, and why strong candidates get filtered out before anyone reads the interesting part.

You're titled and paid below your level. Your scope would be a Director's job in New York and it's a Manager's title where you are. We change how your experience is written, positioned and talked about — not what it is.

You're about to run a function for the first time. First P&L, first org of that size, first time you're the one who decides. I've done that in three very different companies and I'll tell you what actually breaks.

HOW I WORK

Direct and specific. Bring me a real situation — an offer to negotiate, a reorg you're inheriting, a hiring plan, a promotion that stalled, a deck you present on Thursday — and we work on that one thing. No frameworks for the sake of frameworks. I'll tell you what I actually think, including when it isn't what you want to hear.

Trabajo en español o en inglés, lo que te resulte más natural.

Book the intro call. Tell me where you are and where you're trying to get to, and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it. If I'm not, I'll say so.
