I spent 7+ years at Meta, including hands-on work running ad campaigns for top-tier clients — and Meta is also the company that relocated me from Argentina to the USA. From there I stepped into ops leadership at Rappi — one of LATAM's largest tech companies — as Global Operations Head and Global Marketing Head, managing a 500+ person org, owning P&L and unit economics, and building programs that cut costs by 15% in low-value user segments. Today I'm COO at Eureka, where I've created a new revenue stream, implemented the company's first performance review process, and lead finance and operations day to day. Earlier in my career at WithDouble, I automated client onboarding from 3 days to 1 and grew LTV by over 10%.
