Over 13 years in the software development industry, now I want to use my knowledge to help other engineers. I primarily focus in Node.js / Typescript (Including React, Next.js, Express, as well as Svelte / Sveltekit and Koa) or Python (Including Django and Flask), but am familiar with several other common languages across the full stack, and can tailor my mentorship to your needs.
For the past seven years I have worked with small to mid size teams of engineers in a team leadership and architectural capacity, mentoring and growing teams, products, and ideas to scale. I have regularly interviewed new engineers, as well as trained other technical interviewers - I can give you tips as to what we're looking for.
