Hi, I'm Michelle! I'm a Product leader with 12 years of experience in Product Management leveraging strategy, analytics, user experience research & global team development to deliver Emmy® and Digiday award-winning, consumer-facing digital products at Nickelodeon and Insider. I'm currently a Director of Product Management at Teachstone, an EdTech company dedicated to improving teachers' interactions with students.

As a Product Management leader, I've spearheaded high-performing, autonomous teams to increase engagement through design, performance optimization and feature experimentation, and revenue through ad monetization, sponsored content and affiliate links. I'm most proud of cascading direction setting and leadership through managing my direct reports who led these teams to desired outcomes with vision and strategy.
