Hi! I'd love to mentor engineers looking to move into management, or managers looking to grow in their careers. I'm an open and candid mentor, and will strive to give you pragmatic advice, along with different perspectives and resources you can use.
During my career, I've mentored several engineers and engineering managers, from junior to director level, and I'm really excited about the opportunity to help people from different backgrounds.
A little about me: I've run teams large and small in startups and scaleups. My leadership style emphasises sustainable pace, healthy culture and high impact. I've also worked in several different contexts, including product engineering, SRE, infrastructure, developer experience, machine learning operations and customer support.
