About

EmpowHER Mentor of the Year 2026 finalist and Special Recognition award!

Why I signed up to be a mentor
My mentors at Microsoft, Honeywell and other corporations were instrumental in my career over the years. They helped me see things I was missing or still had to work at. Sometimes they challenged me for how I was thinking. Sometimes they helped me prepare for a difficult conversation I was avoiding or for a bigger opportunity I feared. Often, they simply asked the right question at the right time and showed their trust in me to make forward progress.
I want to pass that forward. I like working with people who are trying to grow, make important career decisions, build confidence, or turn a vague goal into something they can actually act on.

Who I Can Help
You might be early in your career trying to find direction and your first job, or you might be preparing for a role change as an executive, or interviewing for new opportunities, or planning for a promotion conversation for a larger scope with your manager or you might just feel like you are working hard but not moving in the direction you want and are stuck. If any of it sounds familiar, I can help you find your clarity, sort through the noise & build a plan that will take you towards your goal. I work best with mentees who are open, curious, and willing to try things between sessions.

What We Could Work On Together
Clarifying your goals and turning them into a practical growth plan
Thinking through career decisions, role changes, or next-step opportunities
Preparing for important conversations, interviews, presentations, or performance moments
Building confidence by identifying your strengths, gaps, and repeatable habits
Creating accountability so progress continues after each session
I am not here to hand you a script for your career. I am here to help you think better, spot options you may not have considered, and leave each session with a next step that feels realistic.

How I Like to Mentor
Good mentoring is a two-way conversation. I will bring experience, perspective, and honest feedback from my decades of experiences at world’s leading companies where I had opportunity to work, grow and help others grow. You bring the context, the questions, and the willingness to take ownership of your growth.

The goal is not to make everything perfect after one call. The goal is to make the next step clearer and then keep building from there. Some of the most pivotal moments that helped me grow in my career did not come from a course, a book, or a perfect plan. They came from conversations with people who had been there before and were willing to be honest with me. That is the kind of mentor I try to be: practical, honest, focused on helping you get unstuck. Not by giving you a one-size-fits-all answer, but by helping you think through the situation clearly and decide what to do next.

If you are looking for a mentor, bring whatever is on your mind: a goal, a decision, a challenge or questions.
