About
Brazilian living in Amsterdam, I’m a UX Design Lead with 18+ years at the intersection of strategy, UX craft and systems, across Booking.com, ThoughtWorks, Dell and startups.
I was a founding lead of the Design Operations team at Booking.com, and part of ThoughtWorks’ early UX and Lean Inception practices. That work is still featured in Paulo Caroli’s Lean Inception book.
Today, my mission is to help shape the next generation of design and product leaders, and empower anyone bold enough to use design to bring meaningful change to life.
