About

👋🏻 Hi, I'm Natalie, a senior design leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling design teams across fintech, technology, and enterprise data platforms. I've most recently served as Senior Director of Design for U.S. Card Platforms & Data at Capital One. Previously, I led Data Management and Explainability Design teams at Meta, shaping global standards for data transparency and trust. Earlier in my career, I worked for agencies (including Accenture, FJORD) leading 0-to-1 design initiatives for Fortune 500 and public-sector organizations including Allstate, AstraZeneca, Beats Music, Best Buy, Caterpillar Inc, GE, John Deere, Penske, Southwest, and the State of Michigan.

🏅 Mentorship Background
Over the last decade I've mentored 100+ individuals, short and long-term, with Hexagon UX, Design for America, NYU Makerspace, Parsons School of Design, the Global Service Design Jam, ADPList, and on my own. I help designers and leaders move from execution to influence—supporting them (and their teams) in navigating ambiguity, growing confidence, and scaling their impact without burning out.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful, practical mentor who understands both enterprise complexity and the human side of leadership, I’d love to work with you. Apply to work with me ongoing, or sign up for a one-off session, so that we can turn what you’re navigating into clarity and forward momentum.
