I currently serve as Engineering Senior Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where I lead strategic automation initiatives for the EMEA medical device supply chain.
Before joining Johnson & Johnson, I worked at Beyond Gravity in Switzerland, where I led projects related to smart factories, robotics, computer vision, and operational excellence, contributing to initiatives generating over €1M in annual savings.
Alongside my corporate career, I mentor startups and collaborate with international accelerators including SpaceFounders, Founder Institute, and the CASSINI Business Accelerator.
