👩💻 I'm a Valencia-based senior product manager with 10+ years of experience in the software and tech industry.
🌱 Helping others to grow in their IC role: I am happy to talk about building a great product culture, improving your analytical and product sense or even thinking through a specific product problem you're facing. Preparing career moves and interviews is something I helped people with in the past too.
Who am I?
Type of PM: Customer-centric PM, data freak :-)
Startups & B2C: I've worked mainly in B2C for start-ups and scale-ups (Luko, Viadeo, Kamet Ventures) and also for some big companies discovering product management (Ikea, Docaposte).
Strong entrepreneur bias: I left France in 2018 to roll out the Spanish branch of Thiga, a growing consulting firm dedicated to Product Management. Joined as #1 employee, recruited and directly managed a core team of 12 talented people (9 PMs / 3 office staff).
What's up? I'm currently freelancing, helping tech companies successfully adapt their products to new markets.
Community: Back in 2016, I co-founded La Product Conf with a bunch of friends. It is now a group of 6000+ product people in France, Spain and Belgium, meeting monthly at 10 meetups, and yearly at 2 main conferences (Paris and Madrid).
