Hi, I am Nikita! I have 12+years of experience in software development and 6+years in management. I started as a full-stack developer. Now I am the Head of Backend Developemnt at Citilink LLC (Retail) with over 100+ Golang developers. In total, I have done more than 200 mentoring sessions.
