Hi, I am Nikita! I have 12+years of experience in software development and 6+years in management. I started as a full-stack developer. Now I am the Head of Backend Developemnt at Citilink LLC (Retail) with over 100+ Golang developers. In total, I have done more than 200 mentoring sessions. I am also the head of the "Highload Architect" training course at Otus. There are hundreds of students every year.
I wrote my first program in 2006 (15+ years ago). My commercial experience started in 2012 (10+years ago)
I have started from PHP 5 as a Full-Stack developer, and in 2017 I have changed language to Golang.
I started as a developer and currently lead a team of ~100 backend Golang developers.
