Here are some examples of how I've been helping mentees

1. Career change: Coaching a new PM at an early stage startup who moved into a product role from product ops background. We've been working on prioritization, focus and more practical aspects such as building roadmaps, how to write specs etc

2. Taking on bigger challenges: I've been helping a mid-level PM at a larger SaaS improve their tradecraft and use more strategic approaches with challenges they face in their role. More specifically we've been talking about working with multiple teams on large, challenging projects, something that they can do better at to reach the next level as a PM

3. Fractional head of Product: This is a different challenge where I've been working as a fractional head of product, leading multiple PMs and designers on a project where they've need to improve the onboarding flow for their app. This is an early stage, venture backed startup
